The forces of evil and demons exist and come to disrupt our lives through illness, home, work, finances and through multiple temptations to separate us from God. We cannot fight them with our own strength. We need faith, hope and love to hold out. Evil is stronger than good despite appearances. In fact, it came after the good! Fear and phobia are great enemies of faith and breakthrough. It is your faith in Jesus that delivers you from the attacks of the evil one. But sanctification, righteousness and the presence of God are assets alongside the spiritual weapons listed in Ephesians 6. Let us stay in the sheepfold and let the Good Shepherd fight for us and provide us with victory over the devil and the demons and all his followers. When you meet a bear or a lion on your way, know that you are already out of the sheepfold and make the wise resolution to sincerely repent and take your place in the pasture.
